Installation
Basically installation goes like this:
- ./configure
- make
The configure script does not figure out everything it should probably figure out, but then again, it's under development just like MetalServe itself.
The file INSTALL contains generic installation instructions related to the configure script. --prefix and other options have no meaning yet, since there is no install target in the Makefile. You'll have to execute the binaries from beneath the src directory or copy them somewhere manually.
